Hi UR Women,
Hope all of you are surviving the clean up from Christmas and recovering from all the goodies consumed. Just wanted to share a few things with you.The Angel family we chose was blessed with over $300 and when this was given to them they just wept. We touched their heart at the perfect time. Isn't God awesome for allowing us to be used to minister to a family in such a way and at such a time when they needed it most? I wish we all could have been there to give them a loving hug and to see the joy from our harvest. Most of all God was pleased. Did you know that it only took 6 ladies to place 1 order to accomplish this goal for this family? Our link is still alive through RADA for ordering and I will place all monies earned in a separate account to give to families in need. That is what church family is ALL about. Monthly Ladies' Night out Jan 13th at 6:30... come early to grab a drink from Fills' so that we can start promptly at 7pm. If you are not planning on grabbing a drink from Fills' feel free to just come at 7pm. We will meet in the room next to the Conerstone room (can't remember the number, I will have to get back with you on the exact #) If you don't know where I am talking about just go to Fills and they will direct you from there.;) The meeting will not last beyond 8:30. Devotion with Joyce Meyer: Battlefield of the Mind will be from 7-8. The ladies that were at the first session loved it and wanted more so they voted to meet twice a month through the study. So we will be meeting again Jan 27th 7pm in the same room. You do NOT need to buy the book. You can if you want to and will probably obtain a ton more if you have it, but it isn't a must.
